Containment because of covid-19

Containment

To limit the spread of Covid-19 pandemic, travel and group restriction rules decreed by the government are in effect since March 17, 2020. In Residence, this means in particular that:

  • Inside common areas are, if possible, closed. If they cannot be closed (such as the cluster lounges in residence IV), it remains prohibited to stay there.
  • Outside equipment such as sports grounds is prohibited.

Each tenant is required to stay in their room in order to respect containment. To find out more about the government’s instructions, in particular regarding exit authorizations, visit the government’s website.

Functional services

During this containment period, a minimum service is maintained for all confined residents:

  • PC Sécurité remains operational at all times (call 06.69.94.10.88), except for door openings in the event of loss of key / badge. Its primary mission is to provide security for all residents.
  • Psychologist Isabelle ZAKIA (isabelle.zakia@cesal.fr) offers our residents appointments by phone or skype on Thursdays and Fridays afternoons (her usual days of presence at the residence) or possibly at other times depending on needs and availability.
  • Efiester shopping delivery service continues to operate, allowing you to have your groceries delivered directly to your door. The bread distributors located in the hall of Residence I are always supplied daily by the local baker.
  • For technical intervention sent to maintenance@cesal.fr, only those of an urgent nature will be processed.
  • All Césal offices and the reception are physically closed until further notice. This means that the delivery of mail and parcels is suspended during this period. The rental management service can be contacted by email at gestion@cesal-residentiel.fr.
Update: since Thursday, April 16, 2020, the distribution of letters and parcels has gradually resumed, 2 days a week: Tuesday and Thursday. The delivery of parcels at reception (in residence I) is done by appointment only.
